IMAAM YA PEER KA HATH BOSA(CHUMNA) LENA

-"Hazrat Ali رضی الله تعالی عنہ ko aisa kerty dekha gaya k apny chacha HAzrat Abbas k haath paoon ko choom rahy they aur ferma rahy they k mery chacha mujh sey raazi ho jaiyay".(Sahi Bukhari, Hadees:975)
-Imam Muslim aik mertaba Imam Bukhari sey milney gai, aur arz ki, "kya main aap k paoon choom loon, aey ustaadon k ustaad". Al-Khatib in his Tarikh (13:102)

Hazrat Syedna Baba Fareed-ud-Deen Gunj-e-Shaker رحمت اللہ تعالی علیہ fermaty hain:"Ulama aur buzurgaan-e-deen ki dast boosi takeenan deen-o-dunia ki kheir-o-berkat ka bais banti hai, aik mertaba aik buzurg ko kisi ney khuaab main dekh per poocha k ALLAH ney aap k sath kya muamla kia, unhon ney jawab dia k mery aagey aag rukh di gai aur hukm hua k esko dozakh main ley jao, es hukm per aml honey ki wala tha k ferman hua thehro, aik mertaba es ney Jamei Damashq main KHUWAJA Shareef رحمت اللہ تعالی علیہ k dast ko chooma tha, es dast boosi ki berkat sey hum esko muaaf kerty hain.(Israr-e-Auliya, Page:113)

WAFAAT ki date per ikhtilaaf hai, han jamhoor ney 12 rabi-ul-awl ko he paidaish likha hai

awl tou morkheen main WAFAAT ki date per ikhtilaaf hai, han jamhoor ney 12 rabi-ul-awl he likha hai, laikin yeh baat zehn main rukhi jai k jis ka bhi zahiri wisaal ho gaya ho es per 3 din sey ziada soog ki shariat main ijazat nahi hai, aur jahan tak meelad manany ki baat hai tou yeh Quran-o-Hadees sey sabit hai, yeh dekh lein:

Pehly yeh jaan lain k ahl-e-sunnat k nazdeek eid milaad un Nabi manana koi farz ya wajib nahi, yeh aik MUSTAHAB aml hai, jo kary usko sawab milly ga aur jo nahi manata us per koi gunah nahi.
Ab baat yeh aati hai k kya ISLAM humain ijazat deita hai
Eid milaad-un-nabi manany ki ya nahi, eska jawab yeh hai k

Quran-o-hadees ki roshni main Eid-Milaad Un nabi صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم manana bilkul jaiz hai, koi bhi dosry maslak ka aalim aaj tak sharai daleel milaad k HARAM ya najaiz hony ki معاذ الله na aaj tak laa saka hai na la saky ga. Aaiyay dekhty hain k Quran aur hadees ki roshni main milaad manana kesa:Quran main Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ko tamaam jahano k liay rehmat kaha gaya (Sura Anbiya:107).Aik aur jaga

Lehaza yeh sabit hua k ALLAH عزوجل ney Sarkarصلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ko tamaam jahanon k liyay rehmat bana ker bheja, aur dosri ayat main khud he fermaya k ALLAH ki atta kerda rehmatoon ka khoob chercha karo. Lehaza yeh sabit hua k milaad manana jaiz hai. Aik aur sawal jo badaqeeda logo ka hota hai tou wo yeh k milaad main jo kia jaata hai jesy jaloos nikalna, jhandy lehraana, naatain perhna yeh quran-o-hadith sey sabit nahi.

Eska jawab yeh hai k Quran-o-hadees sey yeh bhi sabit hai,

ALLAH عزوجل ney Quran main wo waqaya bayan fermaya jub Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ka zikr kia gaya tou tamaam anbiya ko katha kia gaya aur Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ki sifaat ALLAHعزوجل ney Anbiya ko ikatha ker k KHUD bayan fermaein.(Sura Al-Imran:81).

Lehaza yeh sabit hua k loogo ko ikatha kr k HAZOOR صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ki sifaat bayan kerna quran sey sabit hai. Milaad main Jhandy lehrany ka saboot:Hadees Shareef main aata hai k jub SARKAR صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم Madina shareef main dakhil huay tou Ap k hath main sabz jhanda tha.(Wafa al wafa, Vol:1, Pg:243).

AAQA kareem صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم her peer shareef ko roza rukh ker apna yoom-e-wiladat manaty".(Jamei-ul-Tirimzi V:2 Hadees:745).

Es k illawa Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ki peydaish per Hazrat Jibraeel علیہ السلام ney jhandy garhey. (Khasais Alqubra, Vol:1, Page:82)

Milaad per naat perhnay ka saboot:Hadees main hai k aik SAHABI ney arz ki k mujhay Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ki wo waali naat sunao jo turait main hai".(Mishkaat shareef, babul fazail, syed-ul-mursaleen, Pg:512)

Es k illawa badaqeeda yeh sawal bohat common kerty hain k SAHABA ney kub milaad manaya. Tou yeh jaan lain k sahaba ney bhi milaad manaya jis k hawaly yeh hain:-Hazrat Usman رضی الله عنه ney fermaya "Jo milaad per aik derhum kharch kary ga usko badr k shohada jitna sawab milly ga".-
Hazrat Umer رضی الله عنه ney fermaya:"Jiss ney milaad ki tazeem ki us ney deen ko zinda ker dia".-
Hazrat Abu bakr رضی الله عنه ney fermaya:"Wo shaks jannat main mery sath hoga jis ney milaad per aik derhum bhi kharch kia".-

•• Muhammad bin ‘Abdal Wahab and the “Wahabis.” ••


The reason why this Sect are often called Wahabis boils down to the name of one of their main leaders; Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab. It is often believed, that Abdul Wahab started the “crusade” against the Sunni Muslims, but In reality, he did not start this, it was started in the time of Ali RadiAllao-unho. Throughout history there have been different names for this Sect, but in the eighth century, one of their leaders use to call himself Salafi. Even today, this Sect has four names SALAFI, WAHABI, NAJDI and AHL-HADITH - although today they prefer to call themselves Salafi.

This Sect would not have been as famous as it is but at the time of Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab. Even today, if a person or a number of people were to petition the country of Saudia Arabia, they would receive funds or grants if they promise that a Mosque or Madrassah would be built - to teach the Wahabi cirriculum. Or if a magazine would begin to circulate then, it too would receive funds to propogate the Wahabi beleifs. It is in this way, and by currently owning large, well equipt publishing houses, that the Wahabis have been able to mass distribute and mass circulate misinformation about the Ahle As Sunnah Wal Jammat and propogate their own beliefs passing them under the guise of “Salafi” Islam. Many, if not all, of their publications are beautifully designed but, this cannot hide the fact that they are continually trying to break Sunni Muslims from a scholarship this has flourished for over 1400 years. The head office of this “organisation” is in the Najd region, that was where Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab was born.

He was born at the beginning of the 12th century (Hijri) In Jazeera tul Arab, the name given by the Prophet (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) to which has been changed by the Saudi Royal family to that of their grandFathers to Saudi Arabia. He was born in Najd so that is why often he was referred to as Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi in his time.

Shaytan came in the form of the Najdi Shaykh
Hafidhh Ibn Kathir writes: when the Kuffar of Makkah had a meeting concerning the Prophet Sallal laho alihi wasalam, an old man came claiming
“I am a Najdi, what ever you want to know, I will be helpful”. This Najdi Shaykh then gave his view against the Prophet (Sallallahu’ aliahi wa sallam), through out the meeting. [Tareekh Ibn Kathir. Volume 4]
The Prophet [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] stated: I fear from the Najdi’s. [Bukhari Chapter on Jihad]
The Prophet [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] stated: That the Fitnah will emerge from the east. [Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Fitnah]
Abdullah Ibn Umar narrates: The Prophet [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] made Du’a for Syria and Yemen, some people asked him: “Ya Rasoolallah (Sallallahu’ aliahi wa sallam) pray for Najd.” The Prophet [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] again repeated Dua for Syria and Yemen. They again requested for Najd. Upon the third time the Prophet [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] said: “There will be earthquakes there, tribulations will emerge there and a horn of Shaytan will emerge from there”. [Bukhari, Kitabul Fitan]

The brother of Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab al Najdi, Shaykh Sulaiman bin Abdul Wahab, said about his brother, “The horn of Shaytan which the Prophet (Sallallahu’ aliahi wa sallam) referred to is you.” [Sawaa’iqul Ilahiya]
The false Prophet, Musailima Kadhab was also born in Najd. After reading the history of Najd, you will see that this is a place of Sh’yateen. Secondly the Prophet [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] predicted earthquakes and tribulations for this place indeed there occurred such an earthquake that we can still hear its bang over 2 centuries later.

Many people say that Najd is high land and that the Dua was not made regarding the high land. However in this Hadith the Prophet [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] mentioned the places Syria, Yemen and not the type of land, therefore the word Najd in this Hadith refers to the place Najd itself which is in Saudi Arabia not in Iraq.

Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab’s Education

He was educated in the Najd, Basra and Damascus, his brothers and parents were of the Aqeedah of Ahl-e-sunnah but, through reading Ibn Taymiyyah’s books, he chose to differ in belief with the rest of his family, who were not pleased with him. His brother Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Sulaiman wrote a book against him called ‘Suwaa’iq-ul-Ilahia’, in which he gives the answers to all Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahab’s objections.
Shaykh Uthman Bin Basheer & Shaykh Juhri takes all the information we will provide here from Tareekh-e-Najd, in the book called Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab. Some Najdi says that Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Sulaiman, during his lifetime, converted to Wahabism, however there is no evidence to prove this.
Shaykh Najdi started a conspiracy against Ahl-as-Sunnah. This movement is called Al-Wahhabiyyah. (“Shaykh Juri in Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab. Page 13”)

There are four names by which Wahabis are famous, Wahabis, Najdi, Salafi, & Ahl-e-Hadith. Ah-l-Hadith was at the time when the British were ruling in India, and the followers of Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi were called Wahabis but Maulana Muhammad Hussain Batalvi made an application to the viceroy of India that they be called Ahl-e-Hadith rather than Wahabi, this application was granted. That is the reason why Maulana Muhammad Hussain wrote: It is Haram to do Jihad (War) against the British. [“Iqtisaad-fi-Massaiil-Jihad”]

Mirza Hairat from Delhi in his book Hayyat-e-Tayybiyah writes that Moulana Ismail from Delhi a founder of Wahabi in India, said in his speech in Calcutta “ It is Harram to do Jihad against the British.” These people are so loyal to the British so how could the British not accept their application.

Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi influenced the spouse of the Amier of Dur’iyaa, Muhammad bin Sa’ud, to his movement and later the Amir also followed. Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi asked him to aid his movement with his power. Muhammad bin Sa’ud assisted with spreading their reign over boundaries beyond Duri’yaa. Lawrence of Arabia was a spy for the British in Arabia and pretended to be a Muslim. He promoted Arab Nationalism and always said to the people, ‘O Arabs, Islam started in Arabia, so to rule is your right, why do you live under the Uthmanni Khilaffat? This brainwashing worked well and helped in destroying the Uthmaani Khilaffat. Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi and Muhammad bin Saood were attracted to this nationalistic movement. Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi labelled this to be Jihad and said: “In Hijaz, the people are worshipping other than Allah”.
“Tareek Najd-Uthman bin Bashir”
Muhammad Hasni wrote that Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi said: “When I went to study in Basra, mushriks would ask me questions and I would leave them very surprised with my answers”. “Tareek Aal-e-Saood”

Shaykh Juri states: “Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab Najdi called The Ahl-e-sunnah Muslims Kafirs & Mushriks apart from himself and his (blind) followers”. The proof for this is that Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab himself said that in Basra, Mushriks would come and ask me questions, these people were Muslims and thus Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab only considers himself and his followers to be Muslims. [“Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab”]

Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab wrote. Those people who ask for intercession from Prophets and Angels and make Du’a through their Waseela, to become closer to Allah, are commiting sins. Due to this crime it is permitted to kill them and to take their possessions. [“Kashf-u-Shubhaat”]

The people who leave their corrupt beliefs and join us then, their blood will be saved, and those people who do not do ‘Tasuba’ (Repent) or pay jiz’eiya get ready to do battle. Then Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Attar says: “To spread the good, It is in Islam as to do Jihad, who can refuse this.” [“Shaykh Ahmed Attar”]

Mas’ood Aalam Nadwi wrote that Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab Najdi has called only those Muslims kafir who make Du’a with the Waseela of Prophets and Awliya, and he made jihad against them. [“Mas’ood Aalam Nadwi”]
All these statements prove that Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab Najdi’s Jihad was not against kafirs but against those Muslims who held the Aq’aid of Ahl-e-Sunnah, like the Khawarij, he considered all other Muslims to be kafirs.

Khawarji’s are those people who consider all other Muslims to be non-believers apart from themselves. They are supposed to kill people who have trust in pious people, as they did with Khabab for saying that he loved Ali radi-allah-ho-unho. Also they would call any person who has committed a major sin a non-believer. Even for anything small they would call the Sahabas non-believer’s as they did with Uthman, Talha, and Zubair Radi allahu taala unhu ajmaeen.

The Khawrij’s would only take the literal meaning of the Holy Qur’an and that would be it they would take it no further. They would call the Sahee (true) Hadith fabricated, such as Hadith-e-Rajm, (stoning the Adulator to death), they would label their opponents non-believers and consider it right to take their belongings and their wives as slave girls. When the Khawarij spoke they would try to refer to the Qur’an or the Hadith as much as possible.

It has been said by Abdullah bin Umar radi-allah-hounho that Khawarij’s are so mischievous that they fit those Qur’anic verses that were revealed about the non-believers.“Bukhari chap, Al-murtadeen”


For further details please consult books by Ibn Hazam Sharastani, Abu-Mansoor Ma’tirdi, Abu-Zahra Misrei and Mazhabe Islamiyah This was a strange thing as even Abdul Wahab’s blind followers could not digest it. Shaykh Juhri wrote: ‘I think that Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi apart from himself and his followers has labelled all other Muslims as kafir; while not all Muslims have worshipped graves and especially the Ulama. At the time no Muslim’s worshiped grave’s but that was an excuse by Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Najdi so that he could kill the Muslims. [“Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahab page 36”]

Shaykh Juhri says: “I cannot find any reason why they should all have been labelled Kafirs”. Juhri was a strong follower of Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab but even he was surprised at this action by [Muhammad Bin Abdal Wahab ]

Now returning to the movement of Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab Najdi, with the help of Amir-e-Duriya He destroyed the shrines. (Graves of Companions) Companions who were in the Najd.

He killed those people who were leaders of the Ahl-e-Sunnah and took their properties and possessions. With the support of those Arabs that were nationalist. They continued increasing their reign, coming out of Najd until Hijaz was taken by them and they managed to win control over the whole of Jazeerat-ul-Arab.

During this time the Ottoman Khilafah was busy engaged in international battles and was therefore unable to respond in a swift manner. In 22 June 1792, Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab Najdi died upon which Qadhi Shawkaani wrote a poem with regard to this incident; one sentence was: “Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab was that son, with whose Noor the Hijaz and its surrounding places became enlightened”. See how the person who sought help from the Kafirs is being praised!!!

For some time after, the rule was in the hands of Ahle-Saud. It was during this time, during the reign of the son of Muhammad ibn Saud, that the Ottomans sent Muhammad Ali Pasha against him, who defeated him, finished their influence in the reign. Again’ Jazeeratul Arab became part of the Islamic Caliphate, the royal family fled to Kuwait. Some time later, the Ahl-e-Saood managed to re-gain control over Jazeeratul Arab and changed its name to Saudi Arabia. Grants were given from abroad to spread Wahabi’ism. Initially it was spread by the sword but now it is through money. The Saudis came to Europe and spent the wealth from the Bait-ul-Maal as though it were their Father’s wealth. In front of the guilty Saudi Ulamas all this Haram and Bid’ah goes on but they say nothing, but will still give Fatwa’s against Milad-un-Nabi.

An interesting story: When Shaykh Faisal was deputy prime minister of Saudi Arabia, he toured India, and put flowers upon Mahatma Ghandi’s grave:

In 1957 Shah Sa’ud went on a tour to America, with him was the defence minister Fahad bin Sa’ud, who put flowers on the grave of George Washington.

When Saudi Shaykhs go to Muslim countries they do not place flowers on any of the graves of the Awliya because it may dent their Aqeedah, but by placing flowers upon the graves of Mahatma Ghandi & George Washington maybe this strengthens their Aqeedah.

Shah Sa’ud whilst on tour in India said, “I am satisfied with Indian government that they are treating the Muslims with justice”. This was at the time when Muslims were being sacrificed in Kashmir.

Shah Sa’ood invited the Indian Prime Minister, Pandat Jawahar Nehru to tour Saudi Arabia, When he arrived, the newspaper ‘Al-Balad Sa’oodia Makkah’ reported thus:
“When Nehru arrived in Riyadh, the Indian national anthem was played, the women of the royal family left their homes in the cars to welcome him.” Every thing we have written about Nehru is taken from Tareek Najd-wa-Hijaz by Allma Ghulam Rasood Sa’idi and Safar Nama by Muhammad Asim Najdi who was with Maudoodi when he toured in 1960.

Al-Balad Sa’oodia then wrote an article: We welcome Nehru as he is a peaceful and sensible person, and it is our prayer that he lives thousands of years. Shah Sa’ood secretary colonel Sadat said: ‘Mr Nehru soft voice has more effect than the bang of guns’ and called him the angel of Asia and also called him a Rasool’ our assumption is that he did not mean Prophet but messenger just as many Muslims use the name Abdul Mustafa, meaning not a worshipper but a follower.

When they received Nehru, they called him Aman-ur-Rasool. He toured a school where the rulers studied, where the Geeta was sung. We have a right to ask: “why do not the Saudi Ulama say that these things are Haram, to sing Geeta, for Muslim women to come out of their homes to welcome Kafir rulers, to put flowers on the graves of kaafirs, to call the person who slaughtered uncountable Muslims in India a messenger of peace (Amman)? Oh those who ask for authentic proof for Milad-un Nabi, by Allah show us even a da’eef (weak) hadith to justify these actions”.



When they welcomed Nehru in such a way, back. In India and Pakistan marches and rallies were organised in protest. The King was sent a telegram in 1960 by Saiyed Maududi, who came from Hajj to Saudi, he was invited on Royal order to Riyadh. Delivering his speech he said: “If we were to invite the Prime Minister of Israel to Pakistan and welcome him like you welcomed Nehru, how would you feel? You called the enemy of Muslims the messenger of peace”. The whole world criticised them for this, but no Saudi Ulama made any objections.

In the west people do Dhikr in Mosques, and do Na’at Khanni, once a month they read the Qur’an and convey the reward to Muslims who have parted from this world, especially Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilanis. The Najdi students who come to the west Write piles of books against this and ask for authentic proofs but the people and leaders of their own countries they were to put flowers on the graves of kaffirs they would quietly digest it .

Qur’an :
2 Surah Baqarah, Aayat 128 :
رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُسْلِمَةً لَكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Aye hamare Rab, Hum dono ko apne hukm ke saamne jhukne wala bana Aur hamari aulaado ko bhi ek ummat e musalman khaas apne taabe’ farmaan bardaar bana, Aur hame hamari ibaadat ke qawaa'id bata de aur hum par rahmat ki nazar farma, Beshak tu hi bahot tauba qubool farmaane wala meharbaan hai.

Jab ALLĀH ta'ala ne Hazrat Ādam alaihis salaam ko dunya me Nabi banaakar bheja tab se hi Islaam ki shuruat hui aur har Nabi aur Rasool ne apni qaum ko Islaam ki daawat di. Jo un par Eimaan laya wo ‘Musalman’ hua aur Eimaan nahi laya wo ‘Kaafir’ hua. Jab tak us qaum ke liye us Nabi (ya Rasool) ke baad dusre Nabi (ya Rasool) nahi aate tab tak un ke deen ko maanne wala musalman hua.
Hamare Nabi ALLĀH ke pyare Habeeb sallallahu alaihi wa sallam Khaatim ul ambiya bankar aaye. Is liye aap ka Deen e Islaam qayaamat tak rahega aur ab sirf aap par Eimaan laane wala hi musalman hoga.

Hazrat Ibrāheem alaihis salaam ne jab apne bete Hazrat Ismā’eel alaihis salaam ke saath ka’aba shareef ki taamir ka kaam mukammal kiya, to us ke baad ALLĀH se dua ki ke
‘Aye ALLĀH, Meri is aulaad ko aur us ki nasl ko hamesha musalman rakhna.’
Is liye ALLĀH ta’ala ne Hazrat Ismā’eel alaihis salaam aur un ki aulaad ki wo puri nasl jis me Pyare Aaqa Mohammad Mustafa sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam aaye ya’ni Hazrate Abdullāh ibne Abdul Muttalib aur Hazrate Aamena binte Wahab tak sab ko Deen e Ibrāheemi par rakha aur kufr se paak rakha.
Ye Hazraat aap ke elaan e nabuwwat ke pehle dunya se guzar chuke the. Aur wo Deene Ibrāheemi par hone ki wajah se musalman the.
Sirf baat ye hai ke wo Aap sallallāhu alaihi wasallam ke Deen e Islaam me nahi aaye the. Lekin us waqt aap sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ne elaane nubuwwat kiya hi nahi tha. Jo Huzoor Rasool-Allāh sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ke elaane nabuwwat ke baad Aap par Eimaan na laaye wo kaafir honge. Magar aap ke waalidain puri zindagi Deen e Ibrāheemi par rahe aur is liye musalman hain.

Jab Hazrate Ibrāheem alaihis salaam ne Ka’aba ki taamir ke baad dua ki thi tab aap ke sirf ek hi saahabzaade Hazrat Ismā’eel alaihis salaam the (jo Hazrate Bibi Haajra radi-Allāhu ta’ala anha se hain).
Hazrate Ibrāheem alaihis salaam ke dusre saahabzaade Hazrate Is'hāq alaihis salaam (jo baad me Hazrate Bibi Saara radi-Allāhu ta’ala anha se hue) ki nasl me Bani Israa’eel me taqreeban 70000 ambiya hue.
Lekin Hazrat Ismā’eil alaihis salaam ki nasl me Huzoor Khaatim ul ambiya Mohammad Mustafa sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ke ilaawa aur koi nabi nahi aaye.
Magar ALLĀH ta’ala ne Huzoor sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam tak aap ki puri nasl ko Deen e Ibrāheemi par rakha aur Kufr se paak rakha.
Aur Dua Hazrate Ismā’eel alaihis salaam ki nasl me un aulaad ke liye qubool hui thi jo Huzoor sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam tak sidhi qataar me hain, baaqi khaandan ke baare me nahi. Is liye agarche aap ke chacha wagairah kufr par the.
Magar Huzoor sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ke waalid, daada, pardaada aur waalida, naana aur is tarah waalidain ki dono taraf se puri nasl ko ALLĀH ta’ala ne Kufr se paak rakha.

ALLĀH ta’ala us ke Habeeb sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ke sadqe me
Sab ko in baato ko yaad rakhne ki aur dusro ko bataane ki taufiq ata farmae.
Aur Sab ko mukammal ishq e Rasool ata farmae aur Sab ke Eimaan ki hifaazat farmae aur Sab ko nek amal karne ki taufiq ata farmae.
Aur Sab ko dunya wa aakhirat me kaamyaabi ata farmae aur Sab ki nek jaa'iz muraado ko puri farmae.
Aameen.

Hadees e Nabawi :

Hazrat Jaabir bin Abdullāh radi-Allāhu ta’ala anhu se riwaayat hai :
Huzoor Rasool-Allāh sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ne irshaad farmaya ki
‘Jis ne Islaam me koi achha tareeqa nikaala to use us ka ajr milega aur jitne log us par amal karenge un sab ka sawaab milega aur un (amal karne waalo) ke sawaab me koi kami nahi ki jaayegi aur jis ne Islaam me koi bura tareeqa nikaala to us par us ka gunaah hoga aur jitne log us par chalenge un sab ka gunaah bhi us par hoga aur un (amal karne waalo) ke gunaah me koi kami nahi ki jaayegi.’

Bid'at ki ta’areef :

Bid'at ka ma’ana hai Aisi cheez ko ijaad karna jo Huzoore akram sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ke zamaane me na ho.
Bid'at ke Aqsaam :

Bid'at ki 3 qisme hain :
(1) Bid'at e Hasana, (2) Bid'at e Mubaaha, (3) Bid'at e Saee-ah.

(1) Bid'at e Hasana :
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
 Aisi achhi cheez ijaad karna jo Qur’an aur Sunnat wa hadees ke usool wa qawaa'id ke mutaabik ho.
Qur’an :
4 Surah an-Nisa’, Aayat 59 :
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ ۖ فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا
Aye Eimaan walo, ALLĀH ki ita’at karo aur Rasool ki ita’at karo aur (apno me se) saahibaan e amr ki aur phir kisi mas’ale par tum baaham ikhtelaaf karo to use ALLĀH aur us ke Rasool sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ki taraf lauta do, Agar tum ALLĀH par aur aakhirat ke din par yaqeen rakhte ho to yehi (tumhare liye) behtar aur anjaam ke lihaaj se bahot achha hai.
Ya’ni ALLĀH ta’ala farmaata hai tum me ilm walo ke upar ilm wale honge jo tumhare liye Saahibaan e amr hoga aur jo tumhe ALLĀH aur us ke Rasool sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ki ita’at ka sahi tareeqa sikhayenge.
Hadees e Nabawi :
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾ ‾‾‾‾
(1) Ulma e ummatika Ambiya e bani isra'eel.
Meri ummat ke ulema Bani Isra'eel ke nabiyo ke maanind hai.
(2) Jab Qur'an aur Hadees me kisi mas’ale ka hal na mile to fuqaha, mujtahideen, ulema ke mashaware par amal karo.
 Saahibaan e amr me Khulfa e Rashideen radi-Allāhu ta’ala anhuma (jo Ameerul mo’mineen hain) aur Aaimma e Islaam saamil hain.
Har zamaane me alag alag Imaam peshwa ya rehnuma bankar aaye.
ALLĀH ta’ala un ko khaas ilm ata farmata hai jis se wo kisi cheez ko dekhkar ya kisi baat ko sunkar aisa soch sakta hai jise har koi nahi soch sakta.
Imaam ulil amr hote hain ya’ni koi bhi Imaam ho (Tareeqat, Fiqh, Hadees, Tafseer, Ilm e nahaw, Qir’at ya kisi bhi ilm ka) us ki pairwi ka hukm hai. Imaam ki ita’at mutlakan har musalman par farz hai, jab ke Imaam ka hukm shariat ke khilaaf na ho.
 Ahkaam e shariat ke masaa'il 4 cheezo ko milaakar samajh sakte hain :
(1) Kitabullāh (Qur’an shareef)
(2) Hadees o Sunnat e nabwi (Prophetic Sayings & Traditions)
(3) Ijma e Ashaaba wa Ulema (Consensus of Companions of Prophet , Followers of companions & Muslim scholars)
(4) Qiyaas (Analogical Deduction by Muslim scholars)
Zyadatar masaa’il ke hal Qur’an aur Hadees me se mil jaate hain.
Lekin agar kisi mas’ale ka hal in me na mile to Ijma e Ashaaba wa Ulema se samjha ja sakta hai.
Agar kisi mas’ale ka hal is me bhi na ho to Imaam e islaam apne Qiyaas se sharai se us ka hal batate hain kyun ki ALLĀH ta’ala ne unhe khaas ilm ata farmaaya hai.
Is liye un ki baato par bhi amal karna zaroori hai.

 Kuchh cheeze Khulfa e rashideen ke zamaane me ijaad hui jo Huzoor e akram sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ke zamaane nahi thi :
[1] Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeeq radi-Allāhu ta’ala anhu ke zamaane me Qur’an majeed ko kitaab ke taur par jama karne ka kaam shuru kiya gaya aur Hazrat Usmaan Ghani radi-Allāhu ta’ala anhu ke zamaane me ye kaam mukammal hua.
[2] Hazrat Umar Farooq radi-Allāhu ta’ala anhu ke zamaane me Ramazaan me Taraweeh ki 20 raka’t namaaz jama’at ke saath padhna shuru kiya gaya.
 Umayya khalif Abdul Malik bin Marwaan ke zamaane me Kufa ke governer Hajjaj bin Yousuf ne Qur’an majeed me A’araab (Zer, Zabar, Pesh) lagaana mukammal karwaaya.
 Kuchh cheeze in ke baad ke zamaane me ijaad hui.
Bid'at e Waajiba :
Qur’an aur Hadees ko samajhne ke liye Ilm e Nahaw ya Ilm e Sarf sikhna.
Bid'at e Mustahaba :
[1] Pakki masjide banaana.
[2] Madrse banaana.
[3] Milaad shareef ki mehfil mun’aqid karna,
Jis me Huzoore akram sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ki be'asat, aap ki sirat e hasna, aap ki Sunnaten aur Hadeese paak aur deegar fazaa'il aur moazeezat bayaan karna aur Ambiya aur Ahle bait aur Auliya Allāh ke bayan karna.
[4] Eid e Meelaad-un-Nabi ke mauqe par Juloos nikaalna.
[5] Azaan se pehle Salaat o Salaam padhna.
[6] Nikaah ke waqt dulha-dulhan ko kalma padhaana.
(2) Bid'at e Mubaaha :

 Aisi koi bhi mufeed cheez ijaad karna jo jaa'iz ho.
[1] Scooter, Bike, Bus, Train, Aero plane wagairah me safar karna.
[2] Chashma ya Contact lens ka istemaal karna.
[3] Telephone, Mobile, Computer wagairah istemaal karna.
[4] Heater aur Air cooler ya Air conditioner ka istemaal karna.
(3) Bid'at e saee-ah :
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
 Aisi koi bhi buri ya najaa'iz cheez ya rasm ijaad karna jo sunnat ke mukhaalif wa mazaahim ho.
Qur’an :
2 Surah al-Baqarah, Aayat 208 :
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَافَّةً وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُبِينٌ
Aye Eimaan walo, Islaam me pure daakhil ho jaao, Aur shaitaan ke raasto par na chalo, Beshak wo tumhara khula dushman hai.
 Bid'at e saee-ah 2 qismen ki hoti hain :
[1] Bid'at e Mukaffarah - ya’ni Kufr aur Shirk tak pahunchane wali.
[2] Bid'at e Mufassaqah - ya’ni Faasiq (Gunaahgaar) banane wali.
(1) Bid'at e Mukaffarah – Jo Bid'at e saee-ah Shirk aur Kufr tak pahunchaane waali ho.
[1] Qabr ya Mazaar ko Sajda karna ya Chumna ya rooku’ ki tarah jhukna ya uska tawaaf karna.
[2] Kisi tasweer ko (Taaziya ki ya Mazaar ki ya Kisi insaan ki –Auliya Allāh ki ya kisi aalim ki ya apne peer ki ya ustaad ki ya waalidain ki ya buzurgo ki tasweer rakhkar us ke paas) agarbatti wagairah rakhna.
[3] Hindustan me murawwaja Taaziyadaari ya’ni Taaziya banaakar pure ilaake me ghumaana aur use paani me dafn karna ya taaziyagaah (imaam baada) me rakhna, Taaziya ko Sajda karna ya Rooku’ ki tarah jhukna ya Tawaaf ki tarah us ke chakkar lagaana ya use Chumna ya taaziya ki tasweere rakhkar use chumna ya use agarbatti wagairah karna.
Khoon nikaalna, maatam karna, noha karna, kaale kapde pehnna, chokaara karna, naachna aur gaana-bajaana, khel tamaasha karna.
[4] Ghair-muslim ke tehwaar manana ya un ko mubarakbaad dena.
(2) Bid'at e Mufassaqah – Jo Bid'at e saee-ah gunaah e kabeerah hai aur jise karne wala Faasiq ho jaata hai.
[1] Mazaar par ya qabrastan me aurto ko jaana,
Mazaar par nachna aur gaana-bajana, khel tamaasha karna.
[2] Shaadi-byah ke mauqe par nachna aur gaana-bajaana, khel tamaasha karna, Aatishbaazi, Haldi ya Pithi ki rasm, Khaane peene me fuzulkharchi aur shaadi me jahez lena wagairah.
► Kaafiro ke kisi bhi tareeqe ya rasm ko agar sahi maankar ya unki ta’azeem ke liye apnaya jaaye to wo Kufr hai. Aur is surat me Bid'at e Mufassaqah bhi Bid'ate Mukaffarah hai.

Bid'at ke muta’alliq chand khaas baaten :
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
(1) Auliya Allāh ke mazaar par Tilaawat e Qur’an, Zikr aur Durood o salaam padhna aur phool chadhaana aur roshni karna aur ALLĀH ta’ala se un ke waseele se dua karna ye sab BID'AT E HASANA aur jaa'iz hai.
Aur Qabr ko sajda karna ya chumna ya rooku’ ki tarah jhukna ya tawaaf ki tarah us ke lagaana ye sab BID'AT E MUKAFFARAH (ya’ni Kufr aur Shirk tak pahunchane waali) hai.
Aur Mazaar par ya qabrastan me aurto ko jaana, nachna aur gana-bajaana, khel tamaasha karna ye sab BID'AT E MUFASSAQAH (Gunaahgaar banaane waali) hai.
(2) Maah e Muharram me 10 roz tak Milaad ki mehfil karna aur Huzoor e akram sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ka aur Ahle bait, Imaame Husain, Ashaaba aur Shohada e Karbala radi-Allāhu ta’ala anhuma ka zikr karna, isaal e sawaab ke liye Qur’an khwaani ya Durood shareef aur Kalma ka khatm karna ya Niyaaz khilaana, Paani aur sharbat pilaana ye sab BID'AT E HASANA aur jaaiz hai.
Aur Taaziyadaari ya’ni Taaziya banana aur pure ilaake me ghumaana aur use paani me dafn karna ya taaziyagaah (imaam baada) me rakhna, Taaziya ko sajda karna ya Rooku’ ki tarah jhukna ya Tawaaf ki tarah us ke chakkar lagaana ya use chumna ya taaziya ki tasweere rakhkar use chumna ya use agarbatti wagairah karna ye sab BID'AT E MUKAFFARAH (ya’ni Kufr aur Shirk tak pahunchaane waali) hai.
aur Isi tarah khoon nikaalna, maatam karna, noha karna, kaale kapde pehnna, chokaara karna, nachna aur gaana-bajaana ye sab bhi BID'AT E MUKAFFARAH (ya’ni Kufr tak pahunchaane waali) hai.
(3) Maiyat ke teeja aur 10wa, 20wa, 40wa wagairah par maiyat ke isaal e sawaab ke liye Qur’an khwaani ya Durood shareef aur Kalma ka khatam karna, Sadqa-khairaat karna aur ghurba wa masakeen ko khaana khilaana ye sab BID'AT E HASANA hai.
Aur Is mauqke par shaadi-byah ki tarah dosto wa ahbaab aur azeezo wa aqareeb ko daawat karna ye BID'AT E MUFASSAQAH (Gunaahgaar banaane waali) hai.

Sab ko hidaayat ata farmae aur Sab ke Eimaan ki hifaazat farmae aur Sahi ilm e deen haasil karne ki aur Sahi baat samajhne ki taufiq ata farmae aur Sahi nek amal karne ki aur Gunaaho aur buri bid'ato se bachne ki taufiq ata farmae aur In baato ko yaad rakhkar amal karne ki aur dusro ko bataane ki taufiq ata farmae aur Islaam ka bolbala ata farmae.

                        Pehly yeh jaan lain k ahl-e-sunnat k nazdeek eid milaad un Nabi manana koi farz ya wajib nahi, yeh aik MUSTAHAB aml hai, jo kary usko sawab milly ga aur jo nahi manata us per koi gunah nahi. Ab baat yeh aati hai k kya ISLAM humain ijazat deita hai Eid milaad-un-nabi manany ki ya nahi, eska jawab yeh hai k Quran-o-hadees ki roshni main Eid-Milaad Un nabi صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم manana bilkul jaiz hai, koi bhi dosry maslak ka aalim aaj tak sharai daleel milaad k HARAM ya najaiz hony ki معاذ الله na aaj tak laa saka hai na la saky ga. Aaiyay dekhty hain k Quran aur hadees ki roshni main milaad manana kesa:Quran main Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ko tamaam jahano k liay rehmat kaha gaya (Sura Anbiya:107).Aik aur jaga Quran main irshad hua:"ALLAH عزوجل ki atta kerda rehmatoon ka khoob chercha karo".(Sura Younus:58)Lehaza yeh sabit hua k ALLAH عزوجل ney Sarkarصلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ko tamaam jahanon k liyay rehmat bana ker bheja, aur dosri ayat main khud he fermaya k ALLAH ki atta kerda rehmatoon ka khoob chercha karo. Lehaza yeh sabit hua k milaad manana jaiz hai. Aik aur sawal jo badaqeeda logo ka hota hai tou wo yeh k milaad main jo kia jaata hai jesy jaloos nikalna, jhandy lehraana, naatain perhna yeh quran-o-hadith sey sabit nahi.Eska jawab yeh hai k Quran-o-hadees sey yeh bhi sabit hai, ALLAH عزوجل ney Quran main wo waqaya bayan fermaya jub Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ka zikr kia gaya tou tamaam anbiya ko katha kia gaya aur Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ki sifaat ALLAHعزوجل ney Anbiya ko ikatha ker k KHUD bayan fermaein.(Sura Al-Imran:81).Lehaza yeh sabit hua k loogo ko ikatha kr k HAZOOR صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ki sifaat bayan kerna quran sey sabit hai. Milaad main Jhandy lehrany ka saboot:Hadees Shareef main aata hai k jub SARKAR صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم Madina shareef main dakhil huay tou Ap k hath main sabz jhanda tha.(Wafa al wafa, Vol:1, Pg:243). AAQA kareem صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم her peer shareef ko roza rukh ker apna yoom-e-wiladat manaty".(Jamei-ul-Tirimzi V:2 Hadees:745). Es k illawa Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ki peydaish per Hazrat Jibraeel علیہ السلام ney jhandy garhey. (Khasais Alqubra, Vol:1, Page:82)Milaad per naat perhnay ka saboot:Hadees main hai k aik SAHABI ney arz ki k mujhay Hazoor صلی اللہ علیہ و سلَّم ki wo waali naat sunao jo turait main hai".(Mishkaat shareef, babul fazail, syed-ul-mursaleen, Pg:512)Sahaba ney bhi meelad manayaHazrat Abu Saeed Khudri رضی الله تعالی عنہ sey riwayat hai k Muawiya sey riwayat hai k AAQA kareem صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم bahir nikley sahaba k halqey per, Aap صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ney fermaya tum yahan kis waja sey beithy ho, unhon ney kaha hum ALLAH sey dua ker rahy hain aur uska shuker adda ker rahy hain k es ney apna deen hum ko batlaya aur hum per ehsan kia aap ko bhej ker.(Sanan Nisai, Hadees: 5432)...

Aap ney dekha in tamaam buzurgaan-e-deen ka meelad k mutaliq kya moquf hai, abhi bhi ager yeh jahilana aetraz kia jai k kisi SAHABI ney meelad nahi manaya tha tou pocha jai k kon c kitaab man likha hai k jo aml sahabi sey sabit nahi wo ghalat hai, ager aisa hai tou masjid per gumbad banana kis sahabi sey sabit hai, baraat ka khana deina kis sahabi sey sabit hai, khatm-e-bukhari kerwana kis sahabi sey sabit hai, Sahaba k liay juloos nikalna kis sahabi sey sabit hai, lehaza yeh sub jahilana aetraz hain in k jis sey yeh awaam ko gumrah kerty hain.
